Refund Policy

When you buy a training course on iTrack, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions and refund policy. To purchase any services or products offered by iTrack, you must have Internet access and a current valid accepted payment method as indicated during ENROLL (“Payment Method”). You agree to iTrack, or its third-party payment provider, storing your payment information. You also agree to pay the applicable fees for the services or products you purchase through the iTrack as they become due.

Unless otherwise specified upon enrollment, depending on where you transact with us, the type of payment method used and where your payment method was issued, your transaction with us may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices, including because of exchange rates. iTrack does not support all payment methods, currencies or locations for payment. All applicable taxes are calculated based on the billing information you provide us at the time of purchase. For subscription products or services, you may cancel on or before 3 days of Course commencement date by going to your account settings. Other than stated above, you hereby acknowledge and agree that iTrack offers refunds on or before three days of Course commencement date on any fees and charges related to your enrollment.

Cancellation Terms and Policies

Online Training

Raise refund request before or from 3 days of Course commencement date. Money back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 3 days of Course, 50% content or downloaded the E-Book. Also, In case of user downloads the recording or E-Book for the course the money back guarantee will be void.

Offline Training

iTrack, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc)

  • In case iTrack cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the candidate.
  • If a cancellation is done by a candidate before or from 3 days of Course commencement date, entire amount of the total paid fee will be refunded deducting the Administration Fee.
  • If a cancellation is done by a delegate 3 days after the Course Commencement date (or more), no refunds will be made.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the refund request is approved by iTrack.
