A. iTrack is a comprehensive, online learning platform that helps Colleges, Corporates, Governments, Institutes, individual Instructors, reach their learners. Conduct online classrooms and courses, assign labs, projects, assessments, and more for an engaging experience.
A. Colleges, Corporates, Governments, Institutes, individual Instructors use iTrack to deliver their courses, trainings, online & distance learning programs to their learners.
A. You can login at www.itrackglobal.com/login with your user ID and password sent to your registered email address or as shared by your admin.

Courses
A. Click on My Courses tab to see all your courses.
A. a. Subscribed Courses – Courses that you can buy or add from iTrack
b. Prescribed Courses – Courses that are prescribed to you by your institute or Mentor.
A. You can add Subscription Courses by clicking on Add Courses button. Prescription courses cannot be added and must be assigned by your institute or mentor.
A. You can add Subscription Courses by clicking on Add Courses button.
A. a. Depending on the user role, access to creating and editing courses will be provided.
b. Create Course – A college or institute can create a new course by clicking on Course Management and then Create or Edit Course. You can assign these courses to learners and faculties of your institute. Uploading course content is exclusive to a faculty user.
A. a. Depending on the user role, access to uploading course content will be provided. Only faculty users can upload course content to the assigned course(s).
b. Upload Course – To upload course content, click on My courses. Choose the course to upload the course content. Then click on content to upload content to the course.
A. You cannot delete a course however you can disable them. As a Training partner, you can change the status of a course from Approved to Pending. This will disable the course and make it unavailable for the faculty and learner users.
A. a. Depending on the user role, access to assigning and editing courses to the batches of learners and faculties will be provided.
b. Assign Course – A college or institute can assign course by clicking on Course Management and then Assign Course. You can assign these courses to learners and faculties of your institute. Uploading course content is exclusive to a faculty user.
eLabs
A. You can start a new lab by clicking on My eLabs and then My Labs tab.
A. To submit a lab exercise once its coding is completed, click on the Submit button.
A. A lab that has expired cannot be submitted. If a lab’s validity has expired, please contact your institute or faculty.
A. Yes. Time limit or validity can be set for each lab exercises.
A. You can check the marks / feedback allocated, if any, in List of Labs section.
A. You can restart a lab from where you left it (if saved), at any time before its validity expires. Unfortunately, you cannot restart a lab after its validity period.
eProjects
A. You can start a project by clicking on My Projects tab. All available projects will be here.
A. Yes. You will get a project report at the end of your project.

Partnerships

A. You can add more users to your institute from User Management tab and then Bulk Upload. Contact us and our team will be glad to help.
A. a. Depending on the user role, access to creating and editing courses will be provided.
b. Create Course – A college or institute can create a new course by clicking on Course Management and then Create or Edit Course. You can assign these courses to your learners.
A. You can get your own marketplace to exclusively sell your online courses. Contact Us and our team will be glad to help.
Content Providers

A. You will be provided with a user ID and password which will give you access to these Reports.
A. You can deliver both online self-learning and instructor-led Courses.
